Is CR1 a complete remake?
No. It is a deliberately bounded technical candidate focused on one State Office route and the engineering evidence around it.
Is this the original game running in an emulator?
No. CR1 is a modern reconstruction. Its public records distinguish recovered findings from supported modern implementation and newly authored presentation.
What does the candidate demonstrate?
It demonstrates that the bounded route can be represented as coherent, repeatable modern behaviour and compared across the declared reference and Windows-native runtimes.
Can I download the Windows evaluator?
No. The evaluator candidate is available only for controlled private review, subject to the project’s rights and publication boundaries.
Does CR1 establish ownership or authorisation?
No. It makes no rights-ownership claim and is not presented as an authorised commercial remaster.
Why use a small slice?
A bounded slice makes difficult questions—provenance, behaviour, state, repeatability and portability—specific enough to inspect before anyone assumes the scope of a larger production.
Why is there no footage or screenshot?
No CR1 media has been cleared for public release. The walkthrough panel remains a text-only placeholder pending review and clearance.
